Tasty Gulab Jamun recipe

B) Ingredients:
2 cups of nonfat dry milk powder
1 cup pancake mix (hungry jack or bisquick)
2 tablespoons ghee or melted butter
Lowfat milk for making dough

1/2 tsp fine Cardimom powder
2 cups sugar
2 cups of water

Oil to fry

In a stainless steel pot mix sugar and water and boil it and continue boiling for about 2 more minutes to make sure sugar is melted. add cardimom powder. Turn off the heat.

Mix (A) adding milk a little at a time to make the dough little hard. Put little ghee on the palm of your hand and make about 20 equal round balls.

heat oil and on medium heat fry all the round balls to golden brown, put it on a paper towel to drain oil, and immediately put them in sugar syrup. keep them in a syrup for a while.

Tasty Gulab Jamuns are ready to eat! B)
